We had a great time in Anguilla. The
flights in and out were easy and the connections to the ferry were great. I
can't say enough about the CuisinArt Resort. They were more than accommodating,
when we could not schedule the chef's dinner in the kitchen they asked if it
would be ok to do dinner on the beach! This is just one example but there were
many more. While the resort was great, we did venture out. Please recommend that
people rent a car because it is a far better deal than the taxis. |

This is an island for foodies and we
did our best to hit every restaurant we could, too many great meals list. I have
attached a few pictures from the trip but there are so many great pictures and
stories. Please advise everyone to go for as long as they can because this is
one of the best islands in the Caribbean!
P.S. breakfast served every
morning on our balcony was a highlight."

perfect in every way. We were upgraded to suites in both hotels and given the
VIP treatment both places. Both sent fruit baskets and bottles of champagne. The
rooms and service were exceptional. We hope to be able to return to both places

We booked the actual wedding
with Rev. Barbara Concoby at www.alohaceremonies.com. They were fabulous and
attended to every detail at an excellent price. From the flower petals on the
beach to the Oceanside toast in the sunset, it was picture perfect. They took
photos and sent us DVDs of the wedding and a movie that they set to music. The
ceremony itself was a wonderful blend of traditional Christian and Hawaiian
elements. I was so moved that I started crying during the
ceremony!!!
Anyway, I wanted to thank you again for making this trip so
wonderful for us. We will use you for all and any travel plans in the future."

"With the help of Patti, my husband and I were able to
find the perfect honeymoon hideaway in St. Croix. Patti had been to the island
before and knew the character of its major hotels. She knew our price range and
helped us find exactly what we were looking for: a natural oasis that was
relaxing and fun—not cookie-cutter glitzy.
The Carambola suite we chose
was large but nicely tucked away. It featured mahogany furniture, a cushy
screened-in porch with views of the mountains, trees, and ocean, and a
kitchenette complete with a dishwasher which the staff filled and ran for us
each day. |

It didn't hurt to get part of our
registry cash deposited in our checking account two days into the trip, either.
That's something you can arrange at your own discretion. Patti even gave me her
cell phone number to call in case we had trouble getting picked up at the
airport in St. Croix late that first night—which we didn't. The driver was right

"After thoroughly researching numerous online honeymoon
registries and travel agencies, registering through The Big Day was one of the
best decisions we have made during the hectic wedding planning process. The
registry was easy (and fun) to build; we enjoyed being able to personalize our
registry for our friends and family. Our friends really complimented our
registry and appreciated the ease of being able to purchase that "special and
memorable gift" for us without having to go through the trouble of searching
through the stores trying to find a specific registry item!

Our honeymoon in Moorea and Tahiti was absolutely
incredible and we loved every minute of it (despite the occasional rain), it was
definitely the best trip of our life! Our agent, Michelle, was extremely
knowledgeable, professional, and dependable!! She was very helpful trying to
work with us within our budget, provided us various travel quotes, and guided us
step with our itinerary. She addressed each of our concerns and ensured our trip
was as enjoyable and as flawless as possible. The added honeymoon welcome
package she requested for our hotel room was such a lovely surprise!!
The true test for good customer service is how they respond to problems.
During our stay in Moorea, the hotel staff had confusion with one of our travel
vouchers which we accrued unexpected hotel extra charges. After we returned from
the trip, Michelle went out of her way to clarify the confusion with the hotel
and made sure we got our refund for the extra hotel charges. We only have
positive things to say about Michelle and the company and would give them our
highest recommendation for any couple looking for that special memorable
vacation!!!

| "We absolutely loved The Big Day and our agent
Michelle. She was able to help us book a honeymoon which lead us through Tahiti,
Moorea, and Bora Bora. But I’m not writing to talk about how amazing our trip
was, though it was a trip of a lifetime. Instead I’d like to write about a most
unexpected great joy we experienced through working with Michelle. After
deciding that we wanted to visit the islands of the South Pacific I stumbled
upon TheBigDay and called them up out of the blue. |

Much to my surprise a nice person
answered the phone and 10 seconds later I was talking to Michelle who had
personal expertise and travel experience in this part of the world. Just 30
minutes after our pleasant 10 minute conversation I had received 4 travel quotes
pertaining to my desired location via email! And on top of that, the prices were
40-50% lower than what the same trip would cost us without using the agency. I
knew right away that I found something special.
After that Michelle
seemed more than happy to help me tweak things over the course of about a dozen
communications. And I must confess that I had not had much travel experience
(I've been as far as 1 hour out of my time zone!) so she also spent hours
coaching me on virtually countless specifics involved with the trip. During this
planning we were online setting up our honeymoon registry and selected the "live
chat with an expert" feature and got Michael, one of the co-founders of the
company! He even stayed on for over an hour helping us with our website and
travel particulars. We were just blown away. Everything was perfect! We had the
whole trip finally set up, we were booked from L.A. to the islands and back to
L.A., which was no small task as this portion of the trip involved 5 flights. So
it was our job to get ourselves out to L.A. and back.
You probably
guessed it, 2 days after I made the final booking arrangements I get a call from
Michelle and she says, "You didn’t book your other flight yet did you?" Our
connecting flight from L.A. out apparently was canceled and the airline
transferred us to another flight that was 10 hours earlier, it was logistically
the worst thing that could have happened. Now the reason I have listed these
tedious and unentertaining details of our travel planning woes is this, even
after spending so much time working with me, Michelle redoubled her efforts and
spent about another dozen hours over a week helping me untangle this mess. Keep
in mind that by this point not only had TheBigDay already been paid in full for
our trip but this new problem was completely outside of their booking and not
their fault. It'd be like getting a flat tire on the way to the
airport.
We were just so amazed by this entire course of events. If we
had been working with any other agency we probably would have been considered
the most annoying, time consuming clients their list could produce. But instead
of feeling like a thorn in someone's side we feel like we have gained close
friends through all this. We just can't say enough about Michelle and TheBigDay
so that is why we just thought it best to list the things we went through and
let you form your own opinions. We give this agency the highest possible rating
and recommend them as strongly as we possibly can. We feel that the trip you
plan is of your own making but getting to your destination and back with the
most ease, cost efficiency, and the security of constant, knowledgeable support
is what TheBigDay can offer.

Our honeymoon you helped us plan to
Jamaica was simply awesome. A few steps off the private back patio was the light
sandy beach, the hammock and the winding path we loved to take walks on through
all the incredible trees and foliage. We best touch was the people - they're
just so cool and easy going. "yea mon" and "no problem" are they say and smile
at you all the time. We called Wayne your taxi driver friend and he was a hoot,
super friendly, taking us the whole day to YS falls, the Black River, a city
center, and even a Burger King - we bought him

lunch there for something like $600 (Jamaican
dollars)!... we saw so many things and learned how these people live. The golf
course was very nice and almost completely to ourselves. We went para sailing,
tried ALL the restaurants - why wouldn't you on an all-inclusive, right? :) I
water skied for my first time, and my wife got to refresh her skills at that. We
want to go back there sometime, or to another one of the Couples Resorts.
Patti, I'm glad I chose to work with you. I did a lot of research before
hand, like most guys do for honeymoons, but when I found you, I noticed you had
tons of good information which gave me confidence that it would go right. It was
worth every penny even if there are ways to somehow find it cheaper. It was
peace of mind knowing I had a good agent."

on each island would have been perfect but vacations are NEVER long enough. We
hooked up with the Travel Services guy our first day on Maui and he took really
good care of us, helping us to book our activities. The only "issue" we had was
getting from Honolulu to Maui, had to hang out in the airport for a really long
time, but I guess that's typical with the island hoppers. Not a big
deal.

off to Rarotonga in the Cook Islands for a fabulous, luxurious 11 day honeymoon.
It was truly the time of our lives! Rumours of Romance is an exclusive and

12 feet from the most spectacular water we have ever seen (And we are pretty
active travelers and have been to top resorts in Fiji and Hawaii). |

Our unit had a lush tropical private
pool with a wraparound deck and jacuzzi on the courtyard side and a panoramic
view of the South Pacific on the ocean-facing side. It was island
paradise.
After all that wedding planning all we wanted to do was nap,
have massages on the open deck and try all the wonderful local restaurants,
hikes, and snorkeling spots. We considered other honeymoon destinations, but we
are so glad we chose the Cook Islands. We would never have considered it if our
travel agent Karin at TheBigDay hadn't suggested our resort. We will be back

Having the
private tour was definitely one of the highlights (the group tour at Machu
Picchu wasn't that great, but we had plenty of time to go and be by
ourselves).
We were also pleasantly surprised with all the
accommodations, which kept getting better and better. The Inkaterra Machu Picchu
Pueblo hotel has got to be the most romantic place I've ever seen: candlelight,
orchids, natural brooks, a fireplace in our suite!! It was
perfect!!"

travel blogs were talking about! It turned out to be absolutely perfect. We
toured the main island during one of our days in Bora Bora and we were so happy
that we were not staying in the other hotels on the southern stretch where a lot

there were no cars on our motu, the
fact we could get to Vaitape quickly, and our bungalow had a beautiful view of
the main island. It was fantastic. Everyone there was also super nice and
accommodating and the place was low-key and laid back compared to the
Intercontinental Moorea. We loved it.
We also loved Manihi and our place
there was also fabulous. I think we ended up liking Manihi and Bora Bora the
best. Manihi was also the perfect end to our honeymoon because by the time we
got there after days filled with activities in Moorea and Bora Bora, we needed
time to rest! Manihi was absolutely amazing, geographically, and we loved the
resort.
We ended up doing most of the activities you recommended as well.
I think our favorite by far was the lagoon and motu picnic. The shark feeding
tour was also really fun. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful and very memorable
honeymoon!"

"We just got back from our two weeks of paradise in New
Zealand and Australia, and we have all the folks at TheBigDay.com to thank for

"We just participated in what was the best experience
of our lives so far---our wedding and honeymoon!
This wasn't just your
typical wedding, it was a destination wedding from California to Maui! In
planning a destination wedding, there are so many more factors that go into
creating it above and beyond the wedding event itself. There is a vacation to
plan for yourself and for your guests.
Luckily I came across Sue Slater,
who helped me TREMENDOUSLY with the undertaking of this huge |

"project." Sue created a packaged deal
that left our guests able to pay in payments over several months time to make it
even easier---before the package deal was in motion, we had about 15 people on
board to go and once the package deal was out and it was all set and done, we
ended up with 65 of our family and friends attending the event, and enjoying
nearly a week of fun and unforgettable moments; one after
another!
Through the engagement year, Sue helped a great deal also by
calling guests to collect payments on mandatory due dates, and also setting up

budget their trips. She and her husband also helped to reserve us rental cars
for the vacation! Sue helped us also to book our honeymoon, which was a big
help, and a trip that was great fun! Sue and her husband both would work and
stay up all hours of the night to make sure payments were made and deadlines
were met, and were always eager to help in a polite and encouraging
manner!
So the entire experience was a well oiled machine that had a lot
of hands working to make it wonderful; but in my opinion, Sue played the biggest
role by getting all of our loved ones there to share in the joy that the
occasion was about---because no matter how pretty the flowers are, or how great
the dj is at your wedding; if you don't have all of your loved ones there to
share it with you, it just isn't the same. Our greatest gratitude for a precious
experience is owed to her!"

We wanted to write to let
you and your prospective clients know what a wonderful experience we had with
TheBigDay registry and travel agent services. We booked our trip to Mexico
through TheBigDay travel and created our registry with them as well. Both tasks
were easy and stress free.
The reps were able to answer all of our
questions and guide us through everything we needed to know |

and do to prepare for our trip and to
create our registry. When we got into actually creating the registry, the
website was easy to navigate and understand.
It was so convenient to
break down the entire cost of our trip into pieces (such as air fare, dinners,
nights in our suite, etc) and to add excursions (so that we would get extra
money to pay for them when we got there) and having the pictures and
explanations there already helped to streamline the process. Once registered we
were able to get very professional looking cards to insert in our shower invites
just as you would at any retail store registry. Our family, even our
grandparents, found it easy to purchase items online at TheBigDay and they were
so excited to get us something unique instead of another toaster or coffee
pot.
The day of our shower we not only received the wonderful gifts from
off our registry, but also very creative ways of displaying them. One of our
friends got us a toy boat which represented the sunset cruise we registered for.
Another friend got us an underwater camera and towels to use on our snorkeling
trip that they purchased for us. It was truly a memorable experience and
something that made our shower so much more special.
Finally, after all
the hard work planning the wedding around work and the holidays, we were ready
to go on our honeymoon. Patti sent us all of our travel vouchers and all the
information we needed far in advance so all we had to do was show up at the
airport on time. Of course we did, and when we landed in Mexico we were directed
to all the right places so there was no confusion. Our driver took us to our
hotel in the Riviera Maya that TheBigDay had set us up in. The El Dorado Royale
Spa Resort was amazing from the moment we stepped out of the shuttle. The staff
was friendly, helpful, and attentive. We settled in, scheduled our excursions
with designated on site travel agent, and the rest of our time there was simply
REMARKABLE. TheBigDay could not have sent us anywhere better. Traveling home was
sad, but again very easy and stress free.
The whole experience from

The trip itself was just a dream from start to
finish. Aruna suggested Fiji’s Royal Davui Resort to us and it was just ten days
of pure paradise. We began with a breathtaking helicopter ride over the
mountains of Fiji, to arrive at the tiny remote island in Beqa lagoon. From
there we enjoyed ten nights of sun, gourmet food, spectacular views, and amazing
service. The resort was everything we hoped it would be, spectacular luxury and
relaxation. The snorkeling was like none other we had ever seen. Since the
island is located on a coral reef, we could literally step off the beach and see
thousands of parrot fish, clown fish, sargent majors, and angel fish on
spectacular coral heads. The staff was warm and friendly and after ten days we
certainly felt like family. With only about ten or so other guests on the whole
island we felt like we truly were on our own private getaway. It was just the
place we were looking for – a spot to enjoy the beach, the sunsets and each
other’s company.
